Outreach is deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by substance abuse. Since opening our doors, our services have been designed to meet the needs of traditionally underserved populations and communities. Today, we are proud to be recognized as a premier provider and champion of substance abuse services for adolescents, women, women with children, and diverse populations. And, we operate the largest Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) Diploma training program in New York State – Outreach Training Institute.

The story of Outreach is a quintessential narrative of “people helping people.” Our mission, vision, and successes are driven by the unparalleled support of our Board of Directors, a talented and dedicated staff, patrons and donors, funding agencies and foundations, and a multitude of colleagues who join us to ensure that the individuals and families who come to Outreach are given the opportunities to turn their lives around and make a new start.
